作文概要:How to keep healthy

I think we should keep healthy is the most important is whether we have one healthy habit. Every day people at least 7 to 8 hours sleep. At the same time, drink at least eight glasses of water (big cup). We want to do more exercise, eat more fruit and vegetables. A balanced diet is good for our health.
