How to keep healthy

     A man's health depends on his everyday habits.Here are some advice about how to keep healthy.
     Firstly,we must have a good estinghabit. We must eat something good for breakfast."Good" means healthy but not expensive.For lunch,we must eat enough food in order that we have enough energy for the afternoon's work.As for dinner,we need to est less,because several hors later we are going to bed.We also need to eat more vegetablesand fruits,and eat less meat.They're alll necessary.
     Secondly,we need to exercise more.It's good for our bones and muzles so that we can become taller and stronger.It can also keep the illness away.
     Thirdly,we need a lot of sleep.Sleeping is a long rest,it can make us get enough energy and have a clear brain.If you don't have enough sleep,you'll feel sleepy the next day.It will be an influence of the next day's work.
     At last,we should keep in good spirits.There's a word"heartsick".It's sometimes even more serious than any other illness.So we should try to be happy and relaxed.
     Just do like these!I'm sure you'll keep in good health and have a long life.
