I am a very love healthy people, and my mother always taught me how to keep healthy. That how to keep healthy? We should night to go to bed at 10 PM and get up at 7:30, then drink a cup of water, and then eating breakfast, often is milk and bread for breakfast. Sometimes, to do sport, to be healthy. Noon is often eat vegetables and fish, after eating a meal to eat an apple. If so, we can go to the park and breathe he fresh air. Play computer or watching TV can't more than two hours . Dinner we should eat vegetables and pork, to drink 8 cups of water every day.
