Keeping healthy is important in our daying life.Let me tell you how to do it.
Fiest,have a good eating habits is important for our health.You should eat more vegetables and fruits.And you should drink lots of water and milk.But you shouldn't drink lots of coffee.Because it's bad for your health.Oh!Eating less meat and junk food is good for our health,too.Though we love it.
Second,do more aerobic exercise is good for our health,too.Like running,swimming,riding bike and so on.If you're lazy.You can do morning exercise every day,too.If you like.
At last.Having a hppy mood is the most important.I hope can keep happy every moment.
