How to keep healthy? Ok, I know and I will tell you. First,you should exercise every day and sleep for eight to nine hours every night. And early to bed and early to rise. Second,you must eat more vegetables and less meat to keep healthy. After meal,eat some fruit. And drink milk every day. Don't usually drink coffee or cola and eat junk food,those are bad for your health. You should look after your health. If you have healthy lifestyle and your healthy lifestyle helps you get good grades.
Good food and exercise help you to study better.
