Everyone has their own diet.I think I have a healthy diet.
I have three meals a day. I have milk ,bread and eggs for breakfast. I think people should eat well for breakfast. And I often eat rice for lunch , sometimes I eat noodles or hamburgers for lunch. I think people should eat full for lunch. For dinner I eat buns and porridge . After dinner I often eat salad,
sometime I eat fruit.
