am Ekko.I am tall and thin.I have very good eating habits.I often have milk and
vegetable salad for breakfast.I often have chicken,beef noodles and sea food
for lunch. Inever have burgers and instant noodles for lunch.I often have hairy
crabs,crawfish and scallops for dinner.I don’t like chicken and greasy food for
dinner.So I am very healthy.
