    Many people think keep healthy isn't important.But in fact,keep healthy is important for us.
     First, we must exercise for two hours every day.Playing football with friends or running. 
     Second,eating lots vegetables and fruit  everyday,drinking mike every moring.Don't eat too much junk food and meat,they're bad for our health.
     Then we must have enough sleep .Sleeping  for nine hours  every night.
