Now it’s very impotant to keep healthy. If you want to keep heathy you must do 3 things .First ,doing sports every day It can help us keep in good heath and become stronger and stronger .Second ,eating a balanced diet .Eating more vegetable and less meat is the good way to keep fit .Third .Geting up early and sleep 9 hous.Don’t stay up and play computer games too late .It’s a bad for your eyes and body .So If you do this 3things I believe you will be healthy!
