I'm sorry to hear that you have a bad cold.I'm so upest and I hope you can get better soon.But do you know why your body is not good?I think it's about your life style and you should have a healthy lifestyle.I can give you three advice to help you.First,you should have a good sleep.You can't sleep or get up too late.Second,you should do more exervises,it's very good for your health.Third,you should eat on time and you should eat more vegetables and fruit.Don't eat junk food!
