I am sorry to hear that
you have a bad cold. I hope you can get better soon. I think you should have a
healthy lifestyle. You should sleep over eight hours every night. And take a
break in the afternoon. Don’t stay up late. You should take more exercises
every day. Such as swimming, running and riding. You shouldn’t eat junk food.
You should eat more vegetables and fruit. If you are not feeling well ,you’d
better see a doctor.
