There's no doubt that there are fast food restaurants everywhere in China now.Fast food has been part of our life.
I think it's both good and bad.On the one hand,fast food can save our time and fast food restaurants often provide us with a comfortable environment.That's why it's a kind of healthy food,especially for the children.The fast food usually includes a lot of fat,thus causing to become fat.
Weighing up the advantages and disadvantages,I think we should do something to stop children from eating too much fast food.After all,health is the most important.I will tell my classmates to eat less fast food as well.
