How To Keep Healthy
With the development of society, people more
and more attention to health. So today let me tell you how to keep healthy.
First, make a change from
the diet. Don’t forget to eat breakfast. The best breakfast must have a cup of
milk or juice, some fruit and an egg. And, we should eat more vegetables, drink
more water. It’s better to have eight cups of water a day. Then eat less hamburgers,
don’t drink too much drinks. Eat less ice-cream.
Second, make a change from
the sports. The best advice is do sports two to three times a week. You can
run, swim, play ball games and so on. But you must keep doing sports.
Third, make a change from
the time table. Keep go to bed early and get up early. Don’t stay up late, and
don’t spend a long time in electronic products.
