How to keep health?

It is very important to keep healthy, but how?  i think you'd better form a good habit.  1 Proper diet. Three meals a day, but don't eat too much at one time. chew it slowly so as to enjoy fully the taste of the food..  Remember
2 Proper exercise. after supper, have a walk for 15~30 min, it will help you digest.
3 less snacks. Nowadays ,  most of the snacks are not very healthy.  they can make us fat , and also some unhealth elements have been added .
Good habit is helpful and  you can benefit a lot from it
