First. it's very important to have good habits. Such as, going to bed early and get up early every day, washing hands before meals, brushing our teeth at least twice every day, don't smoke or drink ect. Second, we should eat three meals every day. Eat enough fruits and vegetalbes. Don't eat drunk food. Third, it's necessary to do sports every day.
