It is very important for us to keep healthy. Eat a balanced diet is a good way to stay healthy. Most children love junk food. But they are harmful to our health. Instead of eating junk food, we can eat food which is healthy. For example, we should eat fruit, vegetables and so on. In another way, we should exercise every day for at least one hour. Good health can help us to get good mark.
