    Health is very important to us teenagers. Keep healthy is not difficult. How to keep healthy? There are three things I think are the most important. First, take more exercise. If we don’t take any exercise, we may feel tired and get sick easily. We need more exercise to be healthy. Second, eat a balanced diet. Don’t eat junk food more than three times a week. And drink a bottle of milk is good for your health. Third, have a good rest. We should sleep 9 hours every night. Don’t stay up late. In fact, it’s easy to keep healthy.
