Keep healthy is good for our body. It's very important.
How to keep heaithy? First, we need 8 or 9 hous sleep. Then, eat vegetables and fruits, try to eat less juck food. Nest, do sports every day. Lest, drink enough water every day.

 9 hous sleep should be 9 hours sleeping
eat vegetables and fruits should be  vegetable and fruit
Nest should be Next
Lest should be Last
