I am a student . I study in Shilong NO.2 middle school . I have many problems . I always think about exams and homework and I worry about my grades everyday . So I can`t sleep well everyday . First , I should relax and forget my homework for a few days . Second , you`d better listen to some nice music and do some sports . Third , try to make yourself relaxed before you go to bed and enjoy a good sleep . I hope I`ll feed better soon.
