Welcome to our neighborhood. You must be excited to be in a new house. However, Would you mind not playing the guitar and singing too loudly? Would you mind turning down the music? Could you please not talk on the phone too loudly? Could you please not throw litter out of the window? Would you mind not playing soccer in the room? I really apprecciate if you will do these for me. Thanks again.
