Dear Mr and Mrs Harris,
Welcome to our neighborhood .You must be excited to be in a new house.However would you mind turning down the music.It makes me can't sleep.Would you mind not playing the guitar and sing too loudly.I have too much homework to do.And don't talk on the phone too loudly too.Could you please not throw litter out of the window.It's very dangerous for us.
