Dear Mr and Mrs Harris,
Welcome to our neighborhood. You must be excited to be in a new house. However, would you mind not playing the music loudly? Many people complained that they didn't have a quiet life. Perhaps you likes singing. But if you don't want to hear someone says that is noise. Could you please not sing loudly? Many people said they saw something like litter in front of our neighborhood. I know those are from your house. It is dirty and dangerous. If I see that next time, I will make you leave. One day I heard that someone was talking loudly. At first I think it was somebody having a big fight. And I was very surprised to find that it was your voice. Please don't do it again. Our neighborhood have a very big park. Maybe your lovely kid is a football fan, but could you ask him play at the park?
