I have a healthy lifestyle,because I believe the balanced diet can helps me health. I do morning exercises and walk to school every day. I eat fruit and vagetables every day. I drink milk every day, but I never drink coffee. I eat junk food once a week. If I have a sore throat, I will drink tea with honey. If I have a stomachache, I will have a rest and eat nothing. If I'm stressed out, I will listen to music and go to a trip, I shouldn't do homework late, but I usually keep happy every day.
