In the hotel near my home,you can book your room either by telephone or by mail.When you get to the gate,gatekeepers help you carry your belongs,of course including your pets. There is a morning call in the hotel.You can be woken up at any time you want.If you order,you can also have a candle dinner at your room.
I think their service is perpet.And you can enjoy yourself during your stay!
