I am glad to recive your e-mail.You often bring a mobile phone to school.It's sure may cause a lot of prombiens in class.But,If you really need to get in touch with your parents.You can tell the taecher or let your parents tell your teacher.If teacher let you ring mobile phone to school.It will be great.
Teacher don't let you bring mobile phone to schoo.Because he(she) his/her own thinking.Teacher think you will play the mobile phone in class and so on.So you can't break this class rule.
I suggest you bring a mobile phone to school.But, you can't break this class rule.You only use your mobile phone when the class is over.
