Childhood is a nice momery
that can bring us felicity.
It seems a kite,
which flies anywhere as you want;
It appears a sculpture,
which's carved with innocence and vigor.
It resembles a bubble,
which just stays transient but unforgettable;
We sat around the old,
attentively listening to the legend;
We went to school shoulder to shoulder,
with sweet ballads humming happily together;
We skipped rope, played hide and seek carefreely,
as if being thrown into an amusement land completely.
Parents' nagging was a disaster,
teachers' criticism was a storm;
The thunder aroused our fear,
the rainbow kindled our flame;
Hospital became a nightmare,
Grocery earned a warm welcome.
What a childhood l've owned,
and l shall cherish it for good!
