Fall has an effect on me no other season does. The shades of red, yellow and green of the foliage, the boundless stretch of the blue skies, the crunching sounds of the leaves under my feet and the gorgeous Indian summer. They touch my heart and could even render me to tear till this day. Many a time I stand atop of the hill near my house, or by the river that meanders through downtown this time of year, drinking it all in.
