I exercise twice a week, usually on weekends. My eating habits are pretty good.. I try to eat a lot of vegetables and fruit. I drink milk every day. I never drink coffee. But sometimes I drink tea too. Of course, I love junk food too, and I eat it three or four times a week. Oh, and I usually sleep eight hours a day. So you see, I look after my health. And my healthy lifestyle helps me get good grades.
