Are you be stressed out?

    Everybody gets stressed out somtimes. When you are stressed out,
maybe you have too much yang. You should not eat hot yang foods.
And you should eat more yin foods likes tofu. And you can listen
to some music, because can relax. When you are stressed out, you
can do sports and play computer games. You should have a rest and
you should not sleep late or study when you are stressed out!
