A Healthy Lifestyle, the Western Way

Traditional western doctors don't believe we need a balance of yin and yang
to be healthy.They believe we must to have balanced diet. Eat less meat and
take more exercise. Take some medicine when we are ill. For example, we should
eat a lot of vegetable for three maels a day. The western people always have
dinner with salad. And we should often do sports. It is good for out health.
When we not feeling well, we can take some western medicine and have a rest.
It's easy to have a healthy lifestyle, and it's important to eat a balanced
diet.
