        Traditional   Chinese  doctors  believe  we  need  a  balance  of  yin  and  yang  to  be  healthy. If  you  want  to  keep  healthy. You  should  exercise  one  hour  every  day. And  you  must  eat  more  fruit  and  vegetables. And  don't  eat  more  meat.  It  is  bad  for  your  health. Last , don't  go  to  bed  late. We  need  lots  of  sleep  to  keep  healthy. It  is  easy  to  have  a  healthy  lifestyle,  and  it  is  important  to  eat  a  baianced  diet.
