Many people now are often ill . Like , have a cold , have a toothache , have a stomachache . If you are sick , you should go to see a doctors , doctors can give you some medicine . When you finish seeing doctors , you should how to do ? Let me tell you .
First , you should take madicine . If you have a cold , you should lie down and have a good rest . If you have a toothache , you shouldn't eat too sweet , sour , cold food . It's bad for your teeth . If you have a stomachache , you should'n eat anything .
If you don't want to get sick again . You should eat a balaced diet and have a healthy lifestyle .
