Exercise Is Important
Health is very important to us teenagers. It’s very important to exercise. If we don’t take any exercise, we may feel tired and get sick easily. In fact, only a few students exercise five times a week.
We spend lots of time in school a day. So exercise in school is really important. Now we have at least one hours to exercise in school every day. More and more students take part in sports after school. Our school life is becoming more and more wonderful.
We need more exercise to be healthy. So I hope teachers will leave us less homework so that we can have more time to exercise. Don’t you agree?
