Do you know which food is healthy for us and which food isn't healthy for us? Let me tell you.
Many people like eating hamburgers.But do you know they is not healthy for us.So we try eat hamburgers less.Many the rich like go to the western restaurant,they eat beef in the western restaurant.But beef isn't healthy,too.
If you don't want to go to the haspital. You should eat more vegetables and fruit to keep healthy.
