Deng Yaping was born on February 6th,1973.She started to play table tennis in 1978.She joined the Henan table tennis team in 1983.She joined the national table tennis team in 1988.She went to Tsinghua University and majored in English and management in 1997.She became the number one women's singles player in the ITTF from 1993 to 1998.She is a well-known ping-pong plryer.
