eyes is impotance for us.So we should take care of it.But many people don't know to do,so I could tell you.At first.you have to do eyes exercises.Then,you could eat too much wegetables and fruits,it's good for you eyes.Fimelly don't spend more time on watching TV and playing computer game,sure you could play sports.
This is my advice for how to take care of eyes.
