Everybody has a lifestyle.Some people have lifestyle,and some people are not.
I get up at 8 o’clock on the holiday.I eat breakfast at 9 o’clock.I usually eat an egg,a piece of bread and a cup of milk.At 12 o’clock,I have fish,vegetables and rice for lunch..After lunch,I usually have a rest.I do sports in the afternoon for half an hour.In the evering,I eat vegetables,noodles,pork and an apple for dinner.Then,I go to bed at half past ten.
This is my healthy lifestyle.What about you?
