Everyone should has a great eating habit. A great eating habit is good for our health.
My eating habit is pretty good. I eat breakfast every morning. Breakfast is the most important in the three meals. I usually have noodles and a glass of milk for breakfast. I have lunch at about 12 a.m. I like eating potatoes and fish. As for dinner,I usually have vegetable,meat and tomatoes. I eat an apple everyday.An apple a day keeps the doctor away. I also like junk food. But I eat it once a week. I drink coffee three times a month.
This is my eating habits. I think it is great.
