Hello, everybody, it is my pleasure to say something about my healthy lifestyle. As a middle school student, I have too many subjects to learn, so the study is heavy. But I exercise about half an hour every day. I like vegetables and eat them every day. I also like fruit and eat it twice a day. I don’t like junk food, so I only eat junk food once a month. And I sleep nine hours every night.
I really hope that everyone can exercise at least once a day and have enough sleep. I wish everybody can have a healthy lifestyle.
