First,cut each tomato into some pieces.Pour some oil and put the pieces of onion into the boiler.Next,pour three bowls of water and boil them.Then cook the tomatoes until thickend, about ten minutes.Finally take out the egg white and vitellus and put into the boiler,then stir about two minutes.Season with salt.Serve hot.
