How to be healthy

Everyone wants to be healthy, because health is really important for us. But how to be healthy, now let me tell you.

First, you should sleep for eight hours or nine hours every day. If you don't have a good rest, you will feel tired the next day .Maybe you will sleep in class. If you have enough sleep, you will feel better, it's good for you.

Second, exercising is necessaryYou should do exercises at least four times a week. At least half an hour once.

Third, you should eat more vegetables and fruit. Don't eat too much meat every day. This can make you become fatter and fatter.

Don't eat junk food. If you really want to eat junk food, two or three times a month is enough. You should have a balance diet.

So , now, you know the healthy lifestyle. It can help you study better. Just do it!
