To a person, health is the most important.How to keep your healthy? We should have a healthy lifestyle

First, we should eat healthy food .We should eat a lot of vegetables and fruit.We should drink milk everyday,too.

Second, we should exercise a lot .We should do sports everyday.

Third, we should have enough sleep.

If in accordance with the above to do, we will be very healthy.
