Has a healthy eating habit is
important to has many money. We usually have three meals a day. Breakfast is
the most important one. As me, I usually eat bread and milk for it, sometime I
have noodles for it, but I never no have breakfast .It’s unhealthy to eat breakfast quickly for the students. Tell you something
about it, it’s easy to be fat and ill in the future if you don’t eat breakfast.
The people usually eat more food for dinner, and it’s not for your health.
All in all, eating is a happily thing, but
you should pay attention to some details.
