I have good eating habits. Because I have lots of healthy food.
For breakfast, I have rice and eggs. Sometimes I have noodles for breakfast. For lunch, I usually have rice, pork and vegetables. After lunch, I eat some fruit. For dinner, I often have chicken, broccoli and rice. Sometimes I have fish and corrots. I usually have soup after dinner.
These are my three meals. If you want to have a healthy body, you should eat less meat and eat more vegetables and fruit.
