If Your Feel Nervous In Exam Time

     As a student, we usually take part in many kinds of exam, and people find exam time so bad that they become ill. Because they are afraid of failing, they are afraid of letting their parents down. They’ll feel nervous, can’t sleep well and can’t remember well.

     Here are some pieces of advice.
     No 1, take short rests if your mind is tired during your time of work. 
     No 2, get enough sleep, and eat healthy food. It will make you feel well.
     No 3, ask teacher or your friends for help.
     No 4, stop thinking about the future and failing, because it will make you feel nervous.

     Remember that, you will feel well.
