Nick was a little red squirrel.He was afraid of the dark."I like going to red,"Nick told his mother,"but I don't want night to come!""I think some friends of mine can help you,"smiled Mother Squirrel.That night,when Nick lay in bed,his mother tapped at the bedroom window.Soon lots of tiny lights appeared in the darkness outside.It was the firefly family!They flew around the litte squirrel's bedroom window until he fell fast asleep.
