I’m pretty healthy. I exercise every day, usually after I come back form school. And my eating habits are ever good .I try to eat a lot of vegetables. Usually ten to eleven times a week. And I eat fruit and drank milk every day Of course, I love junk food .too, but I try to eat it once a week, Oh, And I sleep nice hours every night. So you see. I care about my health. And my healthy lifestyle helps me get good grades. Good food and exercise help me study better.
