Nowadays, people are more and more worried about food safety. We
need to stay healthy, but how to eat safely? Here are some of my opinions.
Firstly, we shouldn’t always eat take-away food, it’s safer to cook and
eat at home. And we shouldn’t go out for dinner too often because the food at
some restaurants isn’t clean or safe.
Secondly,
it’s necessary to cook food properly. Vegetables need to be washed clean and
meat must be cooked fully/ thoroughly.
The
last but not the least, when we buy food, we should buy food with QS signs. And
we should also pay attention to the dates and instructions, make sure the food
is fresh and safe.
Safer
food, better life. Let’s be smart and careful consumers(消费者) and live a healthy and happy
life.
