My favorite food is meat.
In the morning ,I usually has a glasses of milk and bread.In the noon,I usually have noodles and chicken for lunch.Sometimes,I have rice and chicken. In the everning,I usually have rice and vegetables for dinner.
Sometimes ,I has ice-cream after dinner.I know it no good for me ,but it's tasty good!
I think eat veggies,veggies,and more veggies.
