A sauna is a type of steam bath. Taking sauna bathes are good for us, but if you take too long, you will feel uncomfortable. My aunt took my brother and me to take a sauna bath yesterday. When we arrived the sauna room, I saw much vapour in it. We walked into the room. Suddenly, I feld a little hot and uncomfortable. My aunt let us sit down and said:” Taking a sauna bath sometimes is good for our skin. But remember, after taking it, you should drink water.” After the sauna bath, I drank much water and I was relax.
